A Simple Update

Met Sharon and Joe for movie on Friday. As both of them had dinner appointment, me and Dearie went to have our own dinner and did our own activities before meeting them.
Dearie had to register for his revision class. Happy for him that he only left 2 more modules to go before completing ACCA. Was telling him not to be too stressed up and advised him to only take 1 module in coming Dec. Well, advice turned to deaf ear as he said he would want to attempt 2 together. He even had a theory that by taking both papers at 1 go, possibility of passing 1 is at 50% and if just attempt 1 paper, possibility of passing is zero! Faint... what kind of probability is tat? Well, he knows himself the best ba. Slowly looking forward to him completing his exams. Mentioned before that we would only get married after his completion of studies... I wonder if that could come true. In any case, jia you Dearie! Your wife rooting for u here! hehe...
After registering for his class, we went to OG to buy our Gundam. Yes... last 2 boxes of Meng Huo there. Grabbed both as 1 of them was to help my colleague, Andy, to buy. Was a bit disappointed when the freebie was not the part that I wanted. Andy left the Turtle shield to have it as a complete set but what OG had was the Wings. Told Dearie I will attempt to change the freebie at Comic Connection. Well, the giving out of Freebie is a promotion and you will get it if you have purchased 2 boxes of Sanguoden gundams. We bought before previously and I see no harm in exchanging the parts. Hehe... Went to Iluma and yes... the Sales Assistants were very nice and exchange the parts for me with no questions ask. Yippee!!! Completed collection for Andy! WAhaha... he would have to thank me for always helping him to buy and going thru Comic Connection to help him change the missing part! Shall tell him on Monday. WAhahha....
Had our dinner at Somerset and headed over to Iluma. Catching "The Proposal" at Film Garde. First time having our movie there and I wasn't so sure abt the seats etc. Whether it's comfy, spacious, etc. Me and Sharon like to watch movies at GV Max but well, given the timing of the movies and the place where she would be at, Bugis seems to be of the best choice. The system at Film Garde is very similar to Cathay and it really makes me wonder if they are under the same Mgmt. Booking system is almost the same. When I did the booking for movies on Thurs, the whole theatre was very empty. Seems like no one is going to watch the movie over there at all! I was telling Sharon abt it and I felt pretty strange that a theatre in town has so much seats left... practically no one is catching a movie there! Same for the Saturday's timings. It really made me wonder...
Headed into the theatre and hey... it's not that bad as I thought. The seats were nice and comfy. Dearie commented tat there was neck support and guess what? My Dearie was so sleepy and tired that he fell asleep during the movie! Faint... it's either he was really tired or the seats were too comfy for him. There was leg spaces also, not bad as compared to other theatres... but of cos, GV Max still has the biggest leg space. :)
"The Proposal" - Nice movie! A lot of people have said that the movie is not worth watching etc. I beg to differ. In fact, it's a nice, funny, romantic comedy that I would encourage people to watch! I was laughing loudly in the theatre due to some scenes and even Dearie was asleep, he said he could hear me laughing. I was rather loud lor. :P
Some of the parts were rather nice and sweet... making me go GAGA over it. Hahaha... if Dearie could be nice and sweet and romantic to me as well... WAhahaha... well, movies are movies! It's hard to happen in real life ba. Anyway, go watch it! It's not that bad as what people said it was. Sometimes you can't trust the reviews. Different people, different views and perspectives. You got to catch it and see for yourself to know whether it's nice or anot. Let me know how you think abt the movie if you watch it ya? :)
Nothing much to do over the weekend. Cant' wait for tomorrow... Getting the missing part to make my things complete. Excited!!! Hehehe... Finally it's going to be completed. Some said it's too early to buy all now but I dun care la... I like them and Dearie also agreed that I could buy them now if I want... so... Wahahaha.... can't wait to receive it tomorrow!
Going off to play my Viwawa. Being playing Facebook games that I slowly find it meaningless leh. Seems like doing the same thing over and over again. Time to start playing my Viwawa back... Neglected it for sometime le. Hehe... tata!
