My Long Weekend

Due to Hari Raya, we managed to have a long weekend! Glad to have holiday. No need to work and the working week is shortened by a day. Haha... How did I spend my long weekend? Well, this long weekend happened to be Dearie's birthday and of cos, our 1 yr anniversary since we ROMed. So many dates to remember hor? Hehe... Got Birthdays, the day we got together, ROM, Customary Wedding, etc. Dearie won't remember those dates. To him... as long as we are together, these dates do not mean much. Haha... guys ba... tend not to pay attention to this kind of little details. Unlike we girls... :P
Well, got class on his birthday. Woke up late and got to rush to class. Enjoyed the class though. Fun lecturer. It wasn't that boring. However, some concepts were different. Due to the different culture ba. Good to learn more though. Class was supposed to end at 5pm but as the lecturer got a flight to catch, plus all of us were rather attentive and pro-active, the class ended at 4pm. Happy lor! Hehe... class got shortened and I could meet my Dearie earlier. Headed over to Causeway Point to meet him. :)
Decided to catch a movie first before having dinner. Caught 'The Ugly Truth'. Not a bad show. Some sexual content and a bit of coarse languages being used. But well, enjoyed the show. It's a Comedy ma... Happy ending at the end and it's kinda like 'Pretty Woman' story. The transformation made the Leading Actor falls in love with the Leading Actress along the way. Some truth in part of the movie, talking abt how men and women treat relationships differently. Different perspectives I guess. There are many angles to things. Really depends on how you look at it I guess. Hehe... Go watch it if you can take the sexual content or language ba. Haha. :P
After movie, walked around a bit. Dearie was not that hungry as he had ate some snacks during the movie. Me? I was starving when he finally decided to go for dinner. He thought that it was only 7+ when it's time to go makan but... actual time, 8+!!! Of course I was hungry like mad and could easily swallow a cow down! Hehe... Me exggerating a bit but really lor... HUNGRY! Settled our dinner @ Swensens and happy devoured the food. Walked around a bit and headed home.
Dearie stayed over and the following day, we woke up late. He brought me out to Northpoint and we had our dinner @ BBQ Chicken. Food was nice. Korean style Chicken. Yummy! Food was affordable also. Going to eat it again next time. Hehe... Walked around and Dearie bought some stationery. Got him to buy sandals also as his was always worn by Father or Robin. Making him no shoes to wear. Poor thing. Before heading home, while waiting for Dearie, witnessed 3 young girls attacking a Sales Assistant. Threw punches and also shoes... Well, there was some shoes clearance at the open area in the shopping centre and out of sudden, the 3 girls just went and pushed the Sales Assistant and started fighting. The Sales Assistant started to grabbed shoes and threw at the girls in defence and the girls did likewise as well. Even when the colleagues went to pull the staff away from the 3 girls, the girls still wanted to throw and kept demanding for the Sales Assistant name and said they want to complain for her 'F...ed' up service. Security of the shopping centre walked over and asked the 3 girls what happened and they kept saying it's the Sales Assistant who started throwing shoes at them when they were trying on the shoes. Scary lor... The Sales Asst threw in defence when the 3 girls attacked her first. Dunno what happened actually but nowadays, the youngsters seem so so so scary! Acting like ah bengs and ah lians, no Government at all. Haiz... dunno what is the new generation becoming. Really frightful lor.
Slept at 3+am in the morning. Dearie was watching VCDs and was glued to it that he didn't feel tired. Woke up almost 12 hours later. Haha... yes... we really know how to sleep. Tired lor. Also, weekends and Public Holidays are the days where we could really sleep and rest. Recuperate back our energy. Didn't nothing much today. Dearie continued watching his VCDs while I continued playing my Facebook. No do anything much but guess it's ok. Cos we got each other to keep company ma.
Tomorrow going back to work. Dearie has gone home. Home alone now. Mum working afternoon shift and Bro has gone to work. Watching my TV and converting shows to be loaded to my IPOD touch. Hehe... Dearie always say I got shows and I dun watch. Aiya... must find time ma. I am lazy by nature. Needs super lots of time to do things. How I wish we can have more than 24 hours a day. Wishful thinking of mine.
Hehe... Ignore me ba. Long blog here liao. Going off... tired. Want to focus on my tv. hehe... tata!
