From Being a "Miss" to a "Mrs"...

On 20.09.2008, there was an official change of status for me and Dearie. No longer do we declare ourselves as "Single". No longer do we declare ourselves as "Available". No longer do we declare ourselves individuals. It's going to be about us, our families and our friends. It's about "WE". :)

Yes, me and Dearie had declared our love for one another and taken the vows in front of our families and friends. I have changed from a "Miss" to a "Mrs". Yesterday was a great and memorable day for us. Glad that our guests have enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The time taken for those preparations had not gone into waste. Praises and well wishes were given to both of us. We received a lot of presents and ang baos. Took the opportunity to celebrate Dearie's belated birthday. It was definitely a surprise to him and he really didn't expect it at all. :)

We couldn't help but felt blessed to have you all in our lives. Our sincere apologies that we couldn't invite all to attend. Will definitely make up during our customary wedding! :)

Special thanks, hugz and kisses to my special group of "Xiong Di & Jie Mei" who went all out to help us in the preparations for the ROM.

Thanks for waking up early to come and fetch me and Richard to our bridal studio. Both of you had to wait for about 2 hours for me to get dolled up and changed. Despite having unforeseen circumstances, both still stayed around to ensure we could get all the help needed. Both me and Richard really appreciate what you have done for us. Do feel free to let us know if you need any help for your customary! Can't wait to attend your wedding at the end of the year. Loving the gifts that you both have got us. Hugz! Buddies for life!

Jayne, Collin and Jennifer

My team of helpers who ensured that the decorations were nice and lovely and everything were in order. All 3 of them had to bring down our items to decorate the place. Poor Collin had to pluck out those petals from many roses. Prior to that, he still had to crack his brains on deciding what were the colours to be used. Many guests gave praises for the decoration and we too loved what all of you had done up. Thanks for helping us to entertain the crowd while both of us tried to rush over from the Bridal studio. The day couldn't have been so lovely without you ladies. The Mickey and Minnie mouse wouldn't have look so in love without the splendid decorations. The Mickey and Minnie became the centre of attraction, of course not forgetting the Solemnisation table. Really loved the way you all had done up the place. Not forgetting that both Jayne and Collin had to stand-in for Emcees due to some last minute changes. Muakz! Love you all!

Thanks for all the lovely presents that you have given to me and Richard. Those lovely presents helped a lot with the decorations of the function room. Those gifts had given us the creativity and also made the centre of attention on our important day. They really made the place very pretty. Thanks once again for your advices and blessings. Looking forward to have more of your advices when it comes to our customary!

There are so many that we want to say and thank. The list can easily go on and on... If we have missed out saying some of the things that you have done for us, please pardon us.
