Can’t Sleep at All

Went to lie on the bed at 12+ earlier. I know I only have few hours to rest before having to wake up and get ready to head out to airport. Tossing and turning in bed… still can’t sleep at all. Was feeling tired and sleepy just now while waiting for Dearie to call me. However, after chatting on the phone with him, I couldn’t sleep at all. Not thinking of anything now but just couldn’t drift off to dreamland.
My mum is also not asleep. Wide awake and moving around in the house. She told me she does not intend to sleep at all. Probably sleep on the flight later. Jayne is also online. Another superwoman… not going to bed at all. Only Dearie is sound asleep at this moment. Sometimes envy him… he can fall asleep so so easily. Not like us… sleepless nights…
Anyway, went out with Dearie yesterday to Cineleisure. Bought another box of BB Gundam. Showed Andy the pic today and he asked me to get 1 for him too. Reserved the set at Cineleisure le. Luckily they were nice to let me reserve till Monday. Monday then head down to collect and buy for Andy ba. :)
After having dinner @ Chicago Steakhouse, both me and Dearie were super full. We were deciding between walking to Taka or OG. Dearie’s casual shoes were wearing out le and he needed to hunt for a new pair. Opted to head over to OG and we slowly strolled down the roads.
Reached the place and Dearie was contemplating between Converse and Everlast. He was saying he does not want to get Everlast again but hor… Converse designs not that nice IMO. I helped him to choose from Everlast instead and guess what? He actually bought 2 pairs of new shoes lor! Was saying that he needed to replace his current Everlast and also Converse shoes back at home. Dearie commented that he seldom see me wearing covered toe casual shoes. Was asking if I want a pair too. I dun really wear those shoes cos sometimes, they make my feet full of blisters etc. I got big feet ma… Looked around and saw 1 pair. Not bad la… simple and nice. Easy to match cos it’s brown colour. Tried my size and Dearie said looked cute and nice. Bought that pair for me. Hehe… I got reward for helping him to choose shoes leh. Wahahah…
Going to wear that pair of new shoes later. Of cos, not forgetting to bring along my Crocs sandals. Just in case the new pair gives me problems later. Shall remember to bite the shoes at where it usually hurts most of the time. People said… bite the shoes and the shoes won’t bite u back. Well, I tried 2 times leh. Like quite true leh… Some of the shoes really never bite me that much. Wahaha… Anyone of you believe and practice biting of shoes? I know Dearie does… and so do me! :P
