TGIF!!! Weekend here once again… so fast.
As usual, has not been blogging regularly. Lolz. Laziness just taken over me. Wahaha.
Nothing much to update. Getting ready for CNY. No ang baos this year. Not giving out either, except to the Elders. Cos first year of marriage, got exemption! Some have not heard before. Some yes. Well, for my customs, no need to give. Mum said so one.
Being drinking a lot of Bubble tea last week. Started since last Friday. Went to Orchard. Drank Share Tea. Not the first time that I was drinking. Bought Mango tea before when it just opened at Wisma Atrium Basement. That time, they were giving out small little cups of Mango blended with Ice-cream. Nice nice lor. Dearie yet to reach and so, I decided to buy 1 cup and sip.
Sat, stayed at home and so no Bubble tea. Sunday, home alone and got craving for Bak Kwa and Bubble tea. Ivy, Yvonne’s sister, was very nice. Saw my Facebook posting and offered to accompany me. I was contemplating on where to head to. Met her at 8+ and we hung around Bishan. Went to buy Koi… Lolz. As usual, not much queue at Bishan one. Waited not long and we had our drinks. Bought a big cup and went home to share with Bro. Ate Bak Kwa and drank Koi when I was home at abt 10+. Sinful yea? hahah…
Monday, met Dearie to go Orchard once again. Well, he is pretty caught up with work recently and so I was left alone, waiting. He did asked me to go walk around and will call me when he reaches. Nothing much to do + dun wan to wander off too far, I went to Share Tea once again. This time round, I bought the Longan Coco Milk tea. Nice nice!!! Didn’t know they got something like Nate Coco inside the Milk tea liao and I still ask for “Zhen Zhu” to be added to the drink. Happily sipping and waiting for Dearie at Orchard MRT. Stand there for dunno how long and he finally arrived. Let him try some and he said tasted a little strange. Probably not used to having the Longan Coco inside. Well, he drank a few sips at least. Hehe…
Tuesday, Dearie decided to meet me once again. Cos Thursday he has RT and will not have time for me till Friday / Weekends. So he said he is meeting me. Went to City Hall and decided to buy Gong-Cha. Tried their Earl Grey Milk tea previously and dun think they are nice at all. Their “Zhen Zhu” have a burnt taste. Not really burnt burnt but it tasted like the Roasted Green Tea that Sakae Sushi has. Was wondering why people said they are nice and comparable with Koi. Decided to give it another try. Plus, I didn’t know that they have so other drinks on their menu besides those with Pictures shown on their board.
Approaching the counter, I saw that they have a paper sticking right in front of the cash registry. Saw that they have quite a few options. Afraid that I hold up the queue by thinking for too long, I anyhow picked and this time round, I tried their “Ali-San Tea with Milk” and also bought 1 cup for Dearie, “Passionfruit Juice Tea XXX” (Forgot the full name).
OMG… The “Ali-San Tea” is… super NICE!!!! This time round, the “Zhen Zhu” tasted perfectly fine, no burnt taste at all and the Milk is like… Woo Hoo!!!! ME LIKEY!!! Better than Koi and Share Tea. So so nice. Totally change my opinion of them. Rich Milk taste. How to describe leh? Hmm… different different from the normal Milk tea that I drank. In Love with it liao… U got to try it to know what I mean. Heheh…
Going to head to Vivo and watching “Season of the Witch” @ my favorite cinema, GV Max. They have a Gong-Cha outlet there at Vivo also. Told Dearie I wan to buy that and drink tonight. What should I try tonite leh? Wahahaha… Looking forward!!!
